The space
A furnished house in Euclid, a short walk from Euclid Memorial Park and about fifteen minutes on foot from Lake Erie. The living room, dining room and kitchen run together across the ground floor, and the bedrooms are spread over the two floors above.
A brick fireplace anchors the living room, with a panelled accent wall behind the seating and an arch through to the dining room.
The kitchen has a gas range and oven, a dishwasher and butcher block counters, with the cookware, coffee maker and kettle already in place.
The top floor bedroom sits under the eaves, with the roof line following the ceiling.
There is a desk set up for anyone working from the house, and a washer and dryer in the house.
Out back there is a private yard with a grill, and off street parking.
