True North Housing rents furnished homes across Greater Cleveland, Ohio, and operates this site at https://truenorth.rentals. True North Housing is part of the FourDay Investments family. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

You can reach us by email at rentals@4dayinvestments.com, or by phone on (216) 306-4821, 8am to 9pm, seven days.

If you submit the quote form, we receive what you type into it: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, your move in date, the length of stay and number of bedrooms you select, and anything you write in the notes field.

That is the only personal data this site asks for. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and you should never send them to us by email.

This site sets no cookies and uses no local storage. It runs no analytics, so we do not know how many people visit, which pages they read or where they came from.

There are no advertising or social media trackers, no embedded maps, no video players and no chat widgets. The neighborhood map is drawn by the site itself rather than loaded from a mapping company.

Our fonts are stored and served from our own site rather than requested from a font company while you read, so no third party is told that you opened a page here.

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server records when a page is served, which typically include an IP address, a timestamp, the page requested and the browser used. These are created by the hosting provider rather than by anything we have added, and we use them only to keep the site running and secure.

We use what you send through the quote form for one purpose: to answer your enquiry and, if it goes further, to arrange a stay. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with advertisers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a quote.

A quote form submission is delivered to the customer system our team uses to manage enquiries, and it is handled there by people working for True North Housing. That provider processes the information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them to answer you and to keep a record of a stay, and then we delete them. If you ask us to delete an enquiry sooner, we will.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to ask us to stop using it, or to receive a copy.

Ohio does not currently give residents a general consumer data rights law, but we will honor these requests from anyone who asks, wherever you live.

This site is meant for adults arranging housing and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent us information, call us and we will delete it.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and quote form submissions are sent encrypted in transit. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so please do not send us anything sensitive through the notes field.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change is significant we will say so plainly rather than quietly editing the text.
