The space
Four bedrooms, each with a queen bed, in a cape cod in Maple Heights with a deck and a yard behind it. The finished basement adds a second sitting room, which helps when a group wants to spread out rather than share one television.
The kitchen has a gas range and oven, a dishwasher and a breakfast table, so meals can happen at a table rather than balanced on laps.
Laundry is a full size washer and dryer in the basement, and the dryer costs nothing to run.
Out back there is a deck with outdoor furniture and a grill, and off street parking on the property.
There are two exterior cameras, one at the front door and one along the driveway. There are none inside.
